Usually 3 months from date of cause of complaint but:

Employees aged over 22 - £5.35 p.h.
Employees aged 18-21 - £4.45 p.h.

Q. BASIC AWARD/REDUNDANCY : WEEK'S PAY?
A. £310 (max award £9300) for dismissals after 1.2.07
Q. COMPENSATORY AWARD?
A. £60,600 max for dismissals after 1.2.07 but there is no cap on discrimination awards and if dismissal/selection for redundancy was because employee exercised Union/Health & Safety rights or was ‘whistleblower’.
Q. BREACH of CONTRACT?
A. Tribunal only has jurisdiction up to an award of £25,000.
